During the evacuation in HPP did anyone see a full size white pickup with a yellow light on it. They were not from Community Resilience / CERT or fire and they were giving out bad info. Did anyone see them or know who they are.

Was this truck observed in any specific location(s)? We had some Neighborhood Watch people who were extra vigilant during the evacuation, but not in all affected areas.

it stoped at the Hui around 4:30 saying that the evacuation was over.so people left there but couldnt get home

Seeb, I haven't been able to find out anything about that truck. FWIW, the HPP Hui was opened as a courtesy/convenience, and it is not an official shelter. Anyone with $25 can buy one of those yellow flashing lights for vehicles at Magoo's, so I'm guessing that whoever that was did not have official status.
