puna plumbing charges way too much.
One Thing I can always be sure of is that things will never go as expected.

$3000.00 for 2 sinks, 1 tub, 1 toilet, 2 vent stacks, hot water & catchment pump tie in (not including the fixtures, water heater or pump equip). Guys, Is this a good deal for my little one story 25'x 25' square house that sits on 5' piers. New construction....

8 fixtures and the permit and plumbing to the waste water CP or septic system - and are they plumbing any gas lines?
But yes, it's a pretty decent price - $375ish per fixture.

Is it just a rough in or a completed installation?
Assume the best and ask questions.

Hi rob, just a rough in... I purchase fixtures separately. Yes, gas line for stove and hot water is included. All to be completed by licensed plumber.
$2000.00 up front plus $1000.00 upon inspection approval. I went ahead and pulled the trigger...
