Best Loco Moco?
#1
Great places to eat thread by dayna got my foodie curiosity flowin'

I'm a big fan of plate lunches and lunch specials so while on The Island I made a point of eating as much loco moco as I could. at as many different places as I could.

So my questions to all you punatics, is where is the best and/or your favorite place to order this carbolicious dish and why?

Aloha,
Bill

Make your own. Just ate one for breakfast. brown gravy packet, eggs, rice, I like porte sausage but you could use burger patties as well. takes less then 20 min and costs less then 5 dollars to feed 3. I like vernas for plate lunch...

definitely make your own if you have the time. brown rice, sauted onions in the gravy, use a better grade of burger. if not, cafe 100. m

Another vote for Cafe 100 when we're in town, otherwise make our own at home.

Cafe 100 loco is too small. Try Freddys or Noris.
