Moving to Puna?? Hawaiian beaches??
Thanks James, and Nate..

yeah we went to supervisor right off, after this inspector started last May or so.. ... you'd have to read the whole darned book here, ha.. And that is exactly what i did on last citation.. it meant nothing to me, except an invitation to the conspiracy theory. Moreover, evidence.. ,
After we returned,
I asked the assistant director to send me a letter explaining the reason for citation.. She also agreed, they have never heard or seen a citation being issued for this..

Obvious for me, was to have them further document this by sending me a letter discribing what i was cited for..
Anyways, She said they would send me a letter three months ago.. It's a no brainier here, I my opinion, as to why I haven't gotten that letter..

If anybody happens by our lot, In the mean time,, can yaw go up and look around, the north and south borders, see if my lovely neighbors have chosen to “take care of” our plants?? There’s 40 porticarpus which should be nearing 4-5 feet by now,, planted at 3-4 ft heights. And 40 Areca on the north side in sizes from 1-4 ft. .. You really do have to go up and look to see.. Don't worry, the neighbors are not after you,, probably could care less who walks around there... It is more about,, 'if' you touch 'their' fence.. They don't mind killing my plants, running all over my lot, threatening me and my wife,, but you should see them when anybody comes close to their fence.. Like a little rat terrier.. sit there and watch yaw, till yaw get close his territory, ha, ha.. Really, they wont harm anybody..

It is not physical harm these people are after.. they think they've got a money fish on the hook and are looking to steal our property, it’s that simple.. ..

Corner of Opelu and Puni-Paka south loop..

Jeff,
Good luck on.

Being a "neighbor" is about more
than just living next door.
The person residing by you
may the one that really screws you.

the end of the story? not yet but close.

The guys wife got a $500 fine, the rest of the charges were dropped.. Took a year for the system to do minor justice, if you want to call it that..

Here's my Justice!!

And sure enough they killed all the plants we'd put along side the property line.
And like so many,, add us to the list of pushed around, forced out Holies.

I.E.

Nice nice corner lot, 6 blocks from ocean with view and view of volcano.. graded dozed above the street 12,000 sq ft, extra large for the location, with several plants, that the neighbors didn't kill.. Water is in too.
Over $80K spent in total,, yours for a mere 25..
not listed with a broker or Realtor currently..

Any takers and the story, saga will be over over..

Or Justice served. (Kick and rob the holie!).

(edit), We moved to Florida year and a half ago as, we just couldn't see returning to our lovely lot and dealing with such greedy, selfish, psycho, maniac monsters right next door. While they'll NEVER get our lot,, they win. sigh.

You want justice served? Don't sell it until you find the the "right" match for those neighbors from hell.
Or more betah - rent it to be a piggery or whatever you can get away with in that subdivision.

Agree with P.T. Keep this lot and put it to the most disgusting (but legal) use you can imagine. If not a rented hog farm then rooster storage, scrap yard, portable toilet staging area, etc. Now's a rotten time to sell anyway.

There are two sides to this story so let's not egg on the acrimonious ideas. How about it is kept at neighbors who would never be a good fit? I know exactly where this lot is at, and no one is innocent in this dispute.

I hope Jeff sells it to some one who can work with the existing neighbors, and doesn't take too big of a loss.

rusty and laughing girl's comments are both spot on. No need to "pay forward" the acrimony.
