Computer Doc?
#1
My netbook is sick and needs some professional attention - hopefully just some outpatient surgery and no terminal diagnosis. Can anyone recommend someone who is trustworthy, affordable and quick (and preferably nearby the Red Road)?

Mahalo plenty for any referrals!

I fix computers. Might be able to walk you through it. What is the problem?

Thanks for the Tui Tech referral.

Oh, I don't think it's something for me to be walked through - loud, constant beeping noise upon turning on, touch pad not working, really not use-able at all. Have no idea what happened to it.

Sounds like it could be overheating. Are the vents moving air?

Thanks for the tips and links, but really I'm not savvy about this stuff & what I need is a computer person to look at it rather than me spending hours upon hours trying to figure out what a techie could do much quicker & more professionally than me.
