I have been to this place and their appliances are expensive but they do carry the most energy efficient products you can find.

David, like I posted, they were bought at Sears and were Kenmore brand, and all three were junk. Don't have more details than that as I was glad to see them go with the property. Point being, step up to something better than a "utility" model and you get to enjoy your purchase without all the extra expense and down time.
