Dumping trash on highway near Lielani

There are litterbugs dumping bags of trash on the highway.

Please photograph and report such behavior to the police.

We just put up night vision motion detection cameras near the area and hope to catch them.

Why not just open the bags and look for names, etc. on the various papers inside?

Glue their personal information on a cardboard and send it to them postage due, thanking them for their thoughtfulness.

speaking of which, who dumps toilets, trash and old mattresses not more than 1/2 mile from the transfer station? Really you couldn't just dump it there?

I just found another pile of trash dumped out on my lot in Orchidland. How bizarre. The dump is FREE. What exactly are these people thinking that do this? And who is it exactly? Are they haters, or just lazy. Weird all around.
