Land for sale in HPP
#1
Where is the best place to find out the current parcels for sale in HPP? I have friends visiting and they want to buy "a piece of the rock" but only in HPP. I told them nows to time to buy while land prices are still very low but they would like to view as many parcels as possible while they are here.

Many "worthless" lots are FSBO, not listed with a Realtor™, so "drive around and look" is often the best answer -- this will also tell you which agencies work that area.

Hi Royall.....We're on the dead end of Makuu on 5th! Where is the lot/lot number? Which side of the road?

It is on the mauka side of the street just over the hill from where the junkyard used to be. It is the lot just past the red? gated property. There was a drive way and pad dozed in and does take advantage of a very high natural rise in the middle of the lot. Used to be, you could build 30' above the highest natural spot on a lot. You would have a view of the ocean, both mountains and Pu'u O'o.

What makes a lot "worthless" in your opinion? I've seen quite a few very cheap lots here in Fern Acres where we live and I'm assuming they're just difficult to clear or no utility access?

would be glad to meet anyone interested in the lot and show where the driveway and building pad was put in. It has grown up a bit since the pad was put in. I was past there last evening and there are several trees large bushes growing but no huge trees. email me through Punaweb if interested.
