Does anyone have any small house plans they drew up themselves that passed the permitting process and want to sell them?
Or, has anyone purchased pre-drawn, non custom, small house plans with slab on grade and cmu/hollow tile walls that they can recommend?
We're planning a very small house for some peeps and can afford just the smallest, most basic necessities in either Tiki Gardens or Hawaiian Beaches; where ever we get the least expensive lots.
ALSO, we are looking for inexpensive lots, back to back on parallel roads in either of those smaller subdivisions if anyone has or knows of any for sale.
Thank you!

Just go with the smallest HPM package, it will save you a lot of hassle

HPM sells plans for stud framing only. I called today, unless the woman who answered the phone was mistaken.
Stud framing with t1-11 is just so blah and won't last and the upkeep/maintenance is beyond the new homeowner.

How about a Kukui that you and your peeps put together yourselves?

Yes, and the roof and the ceiling are one in the same.
You really should talk to someone at Castleblock. I believe the contact person is some guy named Rob Tucker. I think he posts here sometimes.[

Hi David and Punawebbers,
Make that two who love Castleblock's material. We're even building a second.

First o all RobTucker runs this forum! He is the BIG KAHUNA! He also owns Castle Block and it is an awesome system of building. I have been to Dave's place several times and can vouch for a lovely home.
