No, Paul, they are never served like that, they are usually a stodgy fried mess and they are served direct from hell. As are all tomatoes. Unless I'm doing the cooking. They are seeded there before being put here. I'm surprised you don't know that. But I don't care, I was drooling about everything else on that plate...
