May be the most fun I've ever had! I'm sorry Maude Gone thinks it's commercial, I would love to have seen it the way it was, but I have to say it's the only farmers market I went to where it seemed like 90% of the stuff was really local (no Indonesian trinkets and jewelry made in Bali that I saw) Everybody was nice and I had a blast, so did my 10 ry old. I live in a little Alaska town and the market felt like home.

Uh, they're being human. Their loved one is missing and accused of a horrible crime. They don't think the police are investigating other theories or suspects so they're trying to force the police to broaden their investigation by using public opinion.
Are they more concerned about their loved one than about anyone else they might cast aspersions upon? Sure they are. Do the people who's reputations are tainted have a reason to be annoyed? Sure they do and I feel for them. Do I expect Bo's family and friends to back off when there isn't overwhelming proof of his complicity in the crime and while he is still missing? Nope and I hope my family would fight as hard to locate me and establish my innocence but my family is smaller so I doubt it.
Do I have an opinion of guilt in the case? Nope, no idea. not near enough information.
Everyone should be concerned that the police do a full investigation, keeping open minds and not prematurely narrowing the focus of their investigation. I've witnessed the result of the failure to do so. It's bad for justice, the careers of those involved in the investigation and prosecution and for the "victim" of the prematurely focused investigation.

So you are tell me being a human is to blame some else. Wow humans are getting pretty bad. As far as evidence goes, HPD will not give out any evidence to the public because it would jeopardize the investigation. Did you ever think maybe all of the evidence gather is pointing to the Boyfriend. Maybe they had interviewed the person everyone is accusing. Maybe they ruled him out of this case.Everyone think HPD is useless but guess what they know who the murderer is already. All you people have to relax about this He said she said accusations.

I agree Punafish - articulated very wisely oink.
So far I have not seen any accusation that anyone from Lava Tours is a murderer, only that threats have been made and the family has good reason to press for an investigation into that as suspects. I would do as they are - leave no stone unturned! If it were your family I am sure they would hope family would do the same.
I hope their answers are found.

From an investigators stand point. D you have solid proof that this events ever happened. In my shoes, if someone EVER threatened me to take my life I think I would call the cops and issue a T.R.O on his ass as soon as possible. But It never happened. With all of this accusations. There are almost half a dozen or more. There is no report of it. Checked his record, WHAT RECORD, there is none. It could have been that the people who are saying such things were wrong at the time of the incident if it ever happened. Maybe that is why they didn't report it. Nobody knows. So people have to view it from both sides. Not a one sided view because then you become to pick sides in this crime. At the end of this, it turns out to be in favor of this tour company and the individual people will find out who they really are. A one sided person who make assumptions because of false facts. But if the individual did it then punishment will come for the individual and his company. Just view it from two sides first.

Correct, Opihipicker - releasing the investigation details before Bo is found will compromise the case AND if there are claims on a tour company, why hasn't there been ONE report? NOT because the entire Police force is corrupt but because the reports are false or exaggerated. I understand the family's desire in uncovering a guilty person responsible for their immense loss - absolutely - but that tour company is not that. Let's face the facts not let rumors multiply about a reputable, responsible, and loving company and family. Also, yes, the market is a blast! Thank you to the family whose home we people of Puna and all of the Big Island may ALWAYS rely upon to have an open door with many welcoming hearts full of real Aloha. My sincere condolences to the families involved with the murdered and missing person(s).
