baby thrown from truck three times.
#11
I was asking the same questions. Apparently my friend was the only one to get the plate number and give it to the police dispatcher and this was arriving 10 minutes after it started. As I Understand it there were two women and an older man in the truck, they believe it was the man throwing the baby. One of the women got out to get the baby each time apparently. Its truly appalling but honestly does not surprise me that no one effectively intervened, as I said some women tried, they were surrounding the truck apparently, but the men stayed out of it. This is typical of society of late, people lack morals, passion and individual fortitude. I would like to think that things would have gone differently if I were there, but then again, Im not allowed to carry protection in this state and those that are permitted and tasked to protect us in lieu of ourselves to do not show. Obviously the situation was completely ****ed on all sides, people figured that out when they saw the baby flying out the car door onto the pavement. There is no logical explanation.

I figure the guy must have been wearing his seat belt, therefor no hury for police.
A shame no one thought to block the car from moving with their car.

This is the most shocking post I've ever seen on Punaweb.

I'm so glad the police chief got a raise...

I'm also shocked that no one intervened. I certainly wouldn't need to carry a handgun to step up. For anyone to hint that they couldn't be socially responsible without a firearm is laughable.

that a police substation for them to do paperwork or something.... when those fakas at L&L double charged my credit card for a plate lunch, I walked over to that station and pounded on the door for 5-10 minutes with no reply, then went next door to fire station and was told there is no one there usually.

I would have tried to block the truck with my car if I were there, or attempt to run in and grab the baby, but this is easier said then done obviously. People tried to block the truck standing in front of it, but the truck was driving very aggressively burning out etc... It would be very dangerous to stop the situation without a firearm thats why Oink, who is a cop brought it up to began with. Honestly it does not matter, because no one is allowed to besides the police and they did not show, even in the middle of downtown keaau. Now the baby and truck are gone, though my friend got the plate number, to little to late to help the baby. I am surprised no one else has heard or reported anything else about this. One of the most ****ed us situations I have ever heard of in my life. No doubt the police would have used guns to stop the situation, is a shame a responsible citizen who was there could not have done the same, guns or not. I value children lives higher then most and that baby needed someone to defend them, but that did not happen. Very sad and upsetting. I have posted everything I know which is all second hand reported by a friend immediately after the incident, she was crying. I hope the police or someone will give us some more information and hopefully some results.
