Can I quote you from another thread???
"This Board as a whole demonstrates a clear dereliction of duty to this community and to each other and has no direction or control over the meetings."

I'm trying to decide if these align or not. I *think* they might...

You talk about "facts" and provide none.
Fact: the Association has received legal advice that the BOD Member from District #1 has taken a number of actions that are indefensible in court.
Fact: the Association has been apprised that a female employee has reported inappropriate touching of her by the BOD Vice President.

This is not over-the-backyard-gossip.
"mass distortion", as a BOD member yourself, you have the papers with this information in your file.

This is very very muddy water.
I'll be at the meeting on Sunday.
I'm hoping for some factual clarity at minimum.

Given this thread, and the related one... it feels (to me, anyway) like it's time for the BOD to be present in the room. I then hope there is some resolution, small though it may be. (Cuz this 'complaining all year' group that I've just discovered I'm a part of... (thanks g) can be really exhausting.)

Do you not think you a crossing a line here by reporting on the internet EXECUTIVE SESSION information ?
And you further state
"mass distortion", as a BOD member yourself, you have the papers with this information in your file." Oh that must not have been appreciated by "mass distortion" especially if "Mass Distortion" is the source of this information which is IN TOTAL Violation of our bylaws.
There is an allegation...2....that have not been proven as fact. You might not want to further incriminate yourself , "Mary" especially if this moves where I suspect it will.

This in no way helps our Association BOTH OF YOU.

Clear written policies that are available for all homeowners to view, policies that UPHOLD/ EXPLAIN our bylaws THAT ARE ADHERED to by Board members will.
Mass distortion and the rest of you on the board....YOUR JOB IS ROADS AND POLICES, YOUR OATH.....PROMISE TO UPHOLD THE BYLAWS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ...... Do you even HAVE policies and procedures? Start there.

Our household already contributes to the betterment of our association by
weeding, raking and mowing half our street easements on both sides. We have also personally removed the vegetation of 3 corners of our intersection to provide a better view for cars turning left or right at the cross street. There's a sign posted, asking for people to please slow down. I painted it.

Have volunteered all my life. Served on a Town Design Review Board, was a Board member of Soroptomist International, Docent at a museum, chaired fundraising events for Lucy Hendriques Medical center in Waimea. was the costume designer for several plays at the Kahilu Theatre to name just a few things.

My involvement with this board started in April, 2013. In only 3 months time, I can honestly say I have never in my life witnessed a more dysfunctional organization. Now, I am watching this board enter a new level of sickness with it's accusations of "bullying".
If I ask for documents and am told I will be given them on Sunday.
Call for them again on Sunday.....Be told on Monday I can have them. Attempt to get them on Monday and then again on Tuesday.....WILL I TOO BE CALLED A BULLY?.

Legal opinions differ. Some attorneys, mine for example, with far more experience than others just might give you a different opinion of this situation here.

"mASS dISTORTION".....YOU ARE ON THE BOARD. Will you be a coward and pretend that you did not read the posts of Executive Session information being posted by (we both know who) or will YOU do the ethical thing and stand up against this divisive and egregious behavior?
