Where to take concrete?

More importantly, there is absolutely NO reason to "sanitary landfill' these items...on an island where our waste may soon be shipped overseas...it is probably best to limit what we dispose of in the 2landfills - non-rotting memorial piles of our consumption...& use it for landscape fill

I wound up busting the concrete into gravel sized pieces and dumping it in the pukas on our road. The rocks I used to shore up a goat fence.
