New place selling fresh produce off 130

Those newer greenhouses in between Aulii and Ainaloa is selling fresh produce and "organic" eggs today. Looks like they are just getting started but they had black cherry tomatoes, "lettus" (I think its a variety of lettuces), eggs, and a few other things.

Is that the place next to the house with the old rusty car displayed in front? It looks like a Ford Model A or similar vintage. Anyone know the story behind it?
