May We Never Forget - Bless our Heroes & Families
#1
May we, as a country, never experience such violence again.

May we, as a country, stand up for what is right, and not allow terrorists to infiltrate our lives and control our destiny.

May we as a country, take care of one another, protect each other, and live in peace and harmony.

May God (Akua) bless us with patience, wisdom, mercy, compassion, and grace.

God bless America, and peace be with the heroes, the victims, and all of their families.

We will never forget.

Let us give up the freedoms that they hate us for so they hate us no more! Surly shaniqua will keep us safe from the bathtubs, we need TSA in the bathroom. If only we meddle more in their business and kill a million more children we will be safe! Never forgive, never forget, seek revenge in the wrong places, this is what god wants! Bomb them to peacefulness, kill all of the wrong religion, war is the only answer and good for the Economy too! God bless the NSA and those that take or freedoms to keep us safe. **** Ben Franklin!

Touching clip.

Check this one out. This was done shortly after 9/11 - has been around for a long time - but I have never found anything more touching.

When I read this post... It's exactly what I want to do is FORGET...

We killed many innocent people over this so called "war". Maybe never forget that an retaliation and eye for an eye isn't the answer.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

May we never forget....how about
may we never forget the many lives lost:
American Revolution
The massacre of Native American Indians
Civil War
WWI
WWII
Vietnam War
Korean War
Gulf War
Iraq War
Afghanistan War
Overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom
just to name a few of the many instances of American aggression.
Either we go through life depressed that all we do is fight, kill and overthrow or we move on to a more peaceful existence

May we as a country never forget that "Hospital-acquired infections are a leading cause of death in this country, with estimates of the death toll nearing 100,000 lives a year—more than that of car crashes, breast cancer, or AIDS."

That's 33 sets of Twin-Towers-worth of senseles sad preventable deaths in the USA per year!!
Multiply that times the number of years since 9/11 and you've got yourself some really terrifying statistics.

If your doctor/nurse doesn't thoroughly wash their hands in your presence before getting remotely close to you, they too are Terrorists.

Never forget.

Well, now that the crazies have posted their insanity, consider this fact.

Almost 10 times the number of people killed on 9/11 are killed each year by drunk drivers.

Let's bomb the crap out of them then.

The drunk drivers are already "bombed"

What it meant was, if you want to help needy people, don't give your money to the government, give it to needy people.

Give $100 worth of canned food to the food bank, and needy people get $100 worth of canned food.

Give $100 worth of tax dollars that will be eventually earmarked for the needy, and the government bureaucracy will take $80 of it, the attached pork legislation will take $19 of it, and the needy will get $1.00.

Better to give to needy people directly and leave the government out of it. The 1000 points of light represent 1000 charities that will use your donations for good, rather than the government that will destroy your donations. That is what the f that meant.
