Land loans in Puna?
#11
Bob Riley, helped a friend of ours who had limited resources at that time, buy 2 acres in Orchid land estates He has since built a house and completely paid of the property.

An acquaintance of ours with not the best credit history, bought land in Fern Acres 6 years ago. He has done a great job landscaping his property and built a small cabin to live in. With the job situation here, I know at times he has fallen behind with his payments, from what he has said, Bob gives him time to catch up without penalty.

Thank you so much everybody for all the excellent advice! I will definitely have to try to figure something out with either an owner, or possibly a personal loan, because it doesn't sound like a land loan is going to work!
