Woman's body found off Kalapana
The person I mentioned in an earlier post having been threatened was also local no way they would report it, fear repercussions!

There is also major drug problems here,

This has been brought up before, Bo and Brittany were very excited about buying the property, if people knew about Bo's meeting with the realtor the next day and believed he was carrying cash, it would explain the timing of the murders.

That's a point well worth making, Hikatz. This epidemic ought to be the focus of police attention. Maybe the residents of Hawaii Island need another source to turn to when they need help. This case as well. Waiting for a hopeful turn.

It could be just about money that Bo was carrying, if he was doing any or all of the transaction in cash.

Paying "cash" in a real estate transaction is a completely different thing from paying "cash" for your gas or groceries. My understanding is that Bo was buying a piece of land using money he had earned and saved, plus help from family, to buy an undeveloped property for "cash" in real estate terms: he was buying outright, not financing. No actual "cash" as in stacks of $100 bills was going to be used.

People who keep talking about Bo having "cash" to buy the land don't understand what "cash" means in a real estate transaction. It could be the murderers were equally clueless about how land buying works, but anyone who thought Bo was going to walk into a title office and hand over stacks of money is very ignorant about how money works.

Anyone on drugs is not going to think rationally. If I heard about this couple camping out in a tent with very limited resources, and they were buying a piece of property the next day, it would be very easy to believe they had the money with them!

if the boy was gonna buy all that property the next day, make a lot more sense that he was killed by peeps not wantin him to buy the land. possible that they were jacked by iceheads, but don't make as much sense. iceheads probably kill u and jus leave u there, steal ur stuff, not gonna make shark bait or bother hangin bodies in trees and all that trouble. tooooooo much planning to frame the haole boy for jus desperate iceheads to pull off

One of my first thoughts was "money" or "cash" because there were most likely a few people that knew the plans to purchase the property the next day. I am troubled by the "phone call". Why would the fellow call Bo? No one knew for a couple of days that it was Brittany that was found.

When Bo didn't show up to his real estate meeting, the realtor called both me and my parents. We then all tried to contact Bo. That was the day Brittany was found. I did a few things to try to find out what happened. 2 of them are the following: I facebook messaged Brittany's mother to see if she had heard from either of them. and I called a guard at the lava viewing area to see if he had seen Bo. I knew the lava viewing guards because all people who live past them drive or walk by them everyday to get to their homes, and also I sold flowers to the tourists at one point. Anyways, the lava guard told me that there was a young woman's body found in the water, and that the lava tour guides had found a tent with blood all over it. The lava guard asked if he should go out and check Bo's tent, because he knew where it was, and I said yes please. After he hung up I looked up the story online, then told my parents about it. I knew she had tattoos but not what ones, but the rest of it matched her description. Then, Brittany's mom called me, and I told her about the woman's body, and the "Veritas" tattoo, and she knew. I knew then, too. I still hate how that all came together. After that, the lava guard called. He had checked out Bo's tent, and he said the blood everywhere story was not true. Now, what's weird to me is that this happened after the body had already been found, I'm not sure how he got to Bo's tent, but he knew that the guitars were in there and there wasn't blood. This all happened on May 28th. The search warrants says they searched the area at 10:00, and I'm not sure what time I called the lava guard but it was after that. So it's all weird.

Edit: I worked the afternoon that day, so by the time I talked to the lava guard, the police had already searched the campsite, according to their search warrant.
