My advice to UKJ, just be aware, concrete work is more than just brawn. JMHO, but concrete work (especially structural) is one of those skills that require some expertise and experience.

if I were to do one upgrade while pouring a slab for a one story house - pour a footing that meets 2 story requirements - and document same
