Hawaiian Telcom 7/11Mbps Service

Hopefully really shortly the CO servicing my line will be upgraded to support 7Mbps/11Mbps HSI service. I'm curious if anyone has gotten those service tiers from Hawaiian Telcom ? How satisfied are you with the service ?

I was so disgusted w/ Hawaiian Telcom over there billing fiasco a while back that I dropped them completely, switched to Road Runner and Only use my Cellular line now.

Haven't had any problems w/ road runner since.

Yeah, The billing situation was screwey, but no one was cut off for lack of payment(by their records).
The dsl is good though, and their service beat cell after the recent earthquake. Also their LD rates are not bad at all.
The cell we use is pay as you go, for criical and emergencies. No "special" charges!
