All the usual classics:

- Industrial activities in a residential area
- All measurements at "safe levels" around the "perimeter"
- No need to notify the public

What is it our taxes pay for again? Benefits packages for the inept?

I Hope the resident and the firefighter that went to the hospital will be all right.

When the Germans released chlorine gas on British troops in WWI, here is what one field commander said:

The commander of British Expeditionary Force, Sir John French, called the use of gas "a cynical and barbarous disregard of the well-known usages of civilised war".

Use of chlorine gas in war on humans was later banned by the Geneva Protocol. Hawaii County officials should recognize the potential dangers.

“We’ve got to be as clear-headed about human beings as possible, because we are still each other’s only hope,” James Baldwin to Margaret Mead in the book A Rap On Race
"I'm at that stage in life where I stay out of discussions. Even if you say 1+1=5, you're right - have fun." - Keanu Reeves
