I'd love to get the inside scoop on your experience vs what we get to see on TV.

Please don't forget to show them about where on Hwy 130 the lava flow is expected to cross... I think their viewers will really enjoy seeing that.

Thanks Kelena,

My price range is only up to 200K.

Almost everyone I seen on the show was 3-600K (except the one couple that lived in a tent)

I love Neil Young's music, Jack Johnson as well. I would think part of the reason they sell records, and have a soap box to stand on that allows them to point out the failings of the media, is because of the positive benefit they received from that same media. It sells their records and concert tickets.

Ditto for why we are familiar with their songs about the dangers of the media. If it wasn't for the media, we would never have heard either of those songs.

That said, Oneself, if you decide to go ahead with the interview:
1) The program will show things that you have said out of context
2) The interviewer will try to get you to say something emotional, or provide a pivot point to the show, and will especially try to get you to say anything to create excitement or controversy. That is what gets the eyeballs to tune in. If you don't say what they want you to say the first time, they will approach it from another angle, phrased in another way, a second time, or a third time. If you don't cooperate, they'll move on and try something else. Remember, they'll edit out all the things you said before they get their choice sound bite. You'll be the only one who knows the comment was taken entirely out of context.
(Based on my few experiences with non-controversial interviews in the past)
Good luck!

This woman does a good job of explaining her Hawaii Life experience -http://luciexyz.com/our-hawaii-life-experience-on-hgtv/

My friend said. "Chris! Being on TV is not very "Offgrid and simple""

I said, thats true, but it is educating 1-2 million people that you can live that way and make it affordable.

Bullwinkle, as usual, I have no idea what you are trying to say. I am starting to think you have taken too many pills or may be a drunkard.
