I dont know, I guess if I am on the show, then I am sure they will compensate my wife and I in some way.
If you are implying that a show that reaches almost 2 million viewers is compensating me to post positive stuff on a tiny little website like "punaweb", I think you might know where the good acid is.
I think it sounds like a fun opportunity. They should compensate you; it would be odd if they didnÔt.
IÔve never seen this show Hawaii Life. All I have to go by is the Househunters show on Home and Garden channel. Is it like that?
If you see it as a fun project, and sounds like you do, then why not?
So itÔs real estate promo and not a documentary; I think that is clear enough, so I donÔt see the harm.
Its exactly like house hunters but focuses solely on Hawaii

You know, if you use a good browser you can set it up to not allow cookies, tell sites you don't want to be tracked, etc...
I don't see what the big issue is for a self professed online marketer.
Also, I suggest using https instead of plain old http.
Just my $0.02 (which is now worth a fraction of that)

A friend was the realtor for an HGTV House Hunters episode in Puna. She said the producers insisted that she find at least some houses that fit their idea of Hawaii (with ocean views), so she and the buyers could be filmed trooping through properties that were waaaay out of their price range.
I think these shows are more about the fantasy of living in Hawaii more than the sometimes gritty reality.

We used to have a member here who was the realtor on one of the House Hunters shows. She had to move back to the mainland recently for health reasons so not sure if she still drops in here or not. Sherrill … you here? Anyway, as I remember, escrow had to close on the property before they started filming. Then they picked two “comps” to use as the other properties shown. They took Sherrill out of her modest SUV and put her in a red convertible for filming. As I remember the couple was quite distressed by the sight of corrugated metal catchment tanks but finally settled on a house in Ainaloa. They looked at a house in Pahoa also, don't remember where the third one was. I sometimes wonder if they passed that magic two-year mark and are still here … I'm betting no. Anyway, Oneself, sounds like fun, go for it and let us know when to watch. Aloha!
I am so much more like I am today than I ever was before!
