I'm interested in a spot in the Monthly Swap Meet in HPP. Does anyone know who I need to contact? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just realized my answer was incomplete. That is just above 16th on the left off Makuu.

HPP Neighborhood Watch does the swap meet.
Standard practice is to be there no later than 7am (earlier can definitely better for getting a better table).
