explains the re key word drive - and sticky topic requests
smell like another site to sell scam - google has changed the search parameters - spinners like site to sell users desperate these these days because their artificially inflated rankings are collapsing - desperation time as legit pages rise to the top - due to the bogus back links being discovered .....
Now you know what I know - let me know if you need a hand ( I work for a good meal - puna discount) with the push back
unfortunately, its what I do for a living these days - not by choice - but economic survival for my company .... on the upside I charge my company far more than a burger at roads end..
I liken it to internet vandalism.....

I don't understand. Another website provides a link to Punaweb. What's wrong with that?

Paul, this is not a link, they have embedded punaweb into their website, & it seems without asking permission
A link is a hotlink that takes you out of their website.... this remains within their site.. even if it was a link, netiquette would suggest that a commercial ventures asks this site permission, but embedding is even more tact-less for them to do!

Its about ethics - incorporating some ones content and links to drive ones own (unrelated) webpage
deceitful - using the punaweb keyword in a page title
I dont think I'd buy anything from folks who cheat to gain ranking - in fact Id take it to the RE board

There is contact email listed for the site. People can email Donna Herbst, the realtor whose site it is and express their opinions about this. I certainly will never use her if this is an example of her ethics. Embedding Punaweb in her site takes a community forum and turns it into a commercial resource, that is not why I participate here!
