ferrocement house

The 2nd picture shows the mold on the roof and the foundation.

We drove by it last week and there is no mold on the outside of the house, it is somewhat dirty and discolored, but no mold. The inside I do not know about, but no mold on the outside. I think sometimes people just see what they want to see to reinforce their contrarian viewpoint, as in "If X person is interested in Y, I will find something wrong with that because I have an attitude about person X."

If you know the name of the builder can you give me the name? If you notice that was the first question I asked in this thread.

I'm a little confused that the real estate listing and Peter Epperson both said it was ferrocement, Peter gave the name of the builder and the engineer, but you say it is some other guy and some other method, but you don't say what method or give the name of the guy. The downstairs garage area looks like block, but the walls and roof look like ferrocement, and when we drove by the perimeter wall looks like ferrocement too. County website calls the foundation and walls "masonry" and the roof "other".

It looks like ferrocement, but it could be empty wine bottles, or anything under there. Could be bags filled with cinder even. Hopefully we will find out soon! Stay tuned!

I drove by there yesterday.The roof is black with mold ! Black is a bad color for a roof !!

The original permit has never been finaled !

The wall looks like burlap sacks or something that looks like a burlap sack.
