Hi everyone I am looking for a rental in the Hawaiian Beaches/Shores area. We were in our last home for seven years. The home we are in now is going up for sale and we have been there for a year. We are quiet people who take excellent care of the home we live in.
We don't have parties, don't do drugs and do not smoke. We need a three bedroom. We also have one kenneled dog. If you are looking for good renters[

Hmmm, havent seen anything in Hawaiian Beaches but did see a 3B/1B in HPP fpr $1000. I think the forum is just on the slow side, there's still see some compassion out there. lol

shore resident - How about instead of renting and being at whim of home owners .
Just buy a place and put your $ into your own hale'?
Check out Craigslist or go to a real estate company whose specialty is home rentals.
We seem to recall you had similar request last year .
We are home owners and have been since the mid 1940s in upper glen wood and since early 1960s in Hawaiian Acres.

ETA: As others have mentioned, the best way to get into on current rental listings would probably be with rental real estate agencies, & craigslist
I know it is not the response you are looking for, but I think only a small presentation of PW members are rental unit owners & an even smaller percentage are in the subdivision parameters you are looking for... & smaller still would have a unit available at this time (as you probably already know, from the years you have posted this request at this time of the year...)
