roads or speed? Mass increasing the square of the velocity ....means keeping it under 5mph - trucks or body on frame type vehicles taking a bit more of a pounding before they fail - tie rod ends consumables on my suburban ...- a jag, bmw or econobox - just a lost cause imho

i do not have the luxury of living off of entitlements , so the fewer trips to town wont work, i am obligated to working for income , it also helps support the programs that so many collect from.
i cant drive any slower ,im at a snails pace now , giving myself plenty of time to reach the highway.
move... why , i have worked hard to pay for my stuff , dont plan on starting over.lived here all my life.
a farmers market being the answer to all my needs is delusional.
birch , you dont have to worry about paying for any class action as you first stated you have never paid anything into HARC so so sweat off your brow.

ken ..no not at all didnt just wake up , there was a time awhile back that the roads did have maintenance done on them , but now in the past few years bad , very bad nothing being done and no accountability .
enough is enough.
That's simply not true.
Been here going on 24 years - roads are exactly the same today as they were the day I moved in to the Acres.
Seems to me the issue is more "chest thumping" born out of a third grade school yard bully mentality, coupled with a magical belief of thinking you could get "rich" real quick.
Do whatever you want to do. I can tell you, NOT ONE GODDAMN CENT will be coming from me.
