I've seen Kulana beef at KTA. I think you can also buy direct from them. They are on Wainohia street between Puainako and Kawailani. Easier to find approaching from Puainako.

Well after all this talk about steak, I went and bought some local steaks and tried a new way of cooking them. Basted in butter. Oh my goodness. SOoOOOOOOO good.

Basted in butter,thats how most high end steak houses do it they just don't tell you that. Most of them use a brioiler as well. A very hot broiler like 800 to 1200 degrees. yum.
