I said that Steve Strauss filed suit against the County of Hawai'i on behalf of Scott Watson (and the property owner).

Last court action on the case was the Court DENIED Strauss's Motion for Summary Judgment last August. I did hear about more than the case, but it's been a while and I'd have to refresh my memory so didn't get into how it turned out.
The only point to bringing it up was that she regularly uses an attorney who recently (if not still litigating, within the last year) sued the County of Hawai'i. Which may or may not matter to the voters.
I am curious now if you are capable of saying you were incorrect in jumping on me.
