Is there another district 5 forum coming up before the primary elections, or is this it? If there is one I imagine it'll be very entertaining but hope there are security guards posted.

quote:Please allow me to add to Sativa's rebuttal. I know their Seaview house well since I have done a few repairs over the past few years. So glad you found a picture of their present residence. Wow what a Building Inspector you would make. To be able to see "numerous code violations" just from a photo, that I assume was a street shot, is nothing but amazing. You must have x-ray vision that even works on a photo. Let me assure you that there are NO code violations and it was finaled meaning it was in compliance with all codes. Obie, you seem to love making assumptions and publishing them as truths. What a dis-service to the readership.

Actually it was from a video that Sativa and RJ starred in. At 2:00 you can see a large unsecured propane tank and a second smaller one under the house. These are code violations.Kind of minor violations I guess but if the small tank were to leak, the heavier than air propane would pool under the house until a spark set it off and it exploded.
Must have been before the final !! http://www.bigislandvideonews.com/2012/0...-bill-270/ Kind of like picking fly **** out of pepper. Not unlike what Sativa and RJ are usually involved in.

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men should do nothing.”
Not all patriotism occurs on some foreign field under the rockets red glare. History shows that the majority of people look away or put their head down when the Bully enters the room. It takes a lot of courage for an individual to stand up and shout "this is wrong" when they see injustice or corruption, especially when many do not want to hear it. R.J. and Sativa put themselves on the line to expose this person and save their fellow citizens from having the likes of TEH swept into power. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Hope the county elections office knows they are saying not living in a district and not being registered in the district is now perfectly fine for all candidates in the future.
Exactly. From a related topic: Gonsalves is the District 9 candidate who doesn't properly reside in District 9 However: R.J. and Sativa put themselves on the line to ... save their fellow citizens from having the likes of TEH This is why people use terms like "NIMBY" and "vendetta" when referring to the "crusades" of RJ/Sativa: there is every appearance that they don't really care about these issues unless it's happening in Puna.

As a taxpayer, I call for an investigation of ALL Hawaii County Candidates, not just selective investigation.

I don't know about Gonsalves I only know about Tiffany. She lives in District 5 that makes it my business. If District 9 has this same problem with a different twist then let them sort it out themselves. There are good people living everywhere.

Recent article in the Trib. The county sent out letters to 6700 people seeking verification. There is also this: "A recent comparison of property owners claiming the county homeowner’s exemption against vital statistics from the state Department of Health discovered 1,200 deceased people benefiting from the exemption, some for as long as 10 years. That’s cost the county untold thousands in lost taxes."

"There are good people living everywhere."
Too true and they are the majority, both inside government and in the general population, differing opinions, but honest and sincere. It is the TEF's of the world that have made us so cynical. |
