MLS #276233 seems to be right in the projected lava path, yet no mention of that. I wonder if that's legal?
You can look at the details at http://www.hilobrokers.com

There are terms used by realtors that require a special translator:
Handyman's Special
"Ocean View"
Artist's Delight
Needs a little TLC
Close to (anything)

This property probably comes under "Buyer to do own due diligence."

Looks like somebody has an evacuation plan. CD hasn't announced any evacuation, so the residences aren't on any warning list yet. That is a milestone quite a ways off, the first residence consumed by the flow. It seems at that point, a disaster zone will be declared. Once it crosses Apa'a road, then the assessment of what exactly is going to be covered becomes more clear. If it pools and stays at over 1000 feet wide going down the pasture land slope, those clump of houses in that section do tend to be in the center.

Imagine the irony if the l,000 foot wide lava wall descended into all those cesspools which were unknowingly linked to a huge lava tube, and flowed harmlessly to the ocean. Would the state still want to ban them ?

raw sewage flowing "harmlessly" into the pacific, that's an oxymoron right?

Maybe new species of animals have evolved in the raw sewage tubes that the government must now protect from extinction.

I wouldn't joke about it but the add does say the old home is probably a tear down.
