It's basically all a scam anyway. Cheap land means expensive insurance and paying for roads you don't get (then paying again for vehicle maintenance).

It's a stupid game but people keep falling for it. Because it's paradise, right?

That being said, anybody know how the insurance scheme changed for LZ2 since the eruption?

Sorry I can't answer your question more constructively, we took Kalakoa's advice, probably from a different source, but the same advice, over 8 years ago. And the view of the last eruption from here in LZ3 was still too close for comfort.
