As long as parents teach their children the so called evils of foreigners coming to live here, the hatred will persist.It will come a time when no true hawaiians live here as racial mixing and moving out of state will empty out the islands from hawaiians of any percentage in blood Ok what will happen then? Will it be the Filipinos that start calling us f..g haoles and take the place of the hawaiians or maybe the japanese calling us names or maybe the huge influx of micronesians that are taxing our government and growing in large numbers? Where does it end?Will the reamining cultural mixes now call them selves hawaiians but only because they were born here? Truthfully I dont blame the wealthy who move here and live in gated communities as they have good reason to do so. Having money and being bread white seeks trouble here out of jealousy and blame. Im broke as hell but I do not put down the wealthy because maybe they worked hard to achieve what they have. I am envious of course but I do not lay blame on them and say they have destroyed the islands. Hoistory says that hawaiians gave into voluntarily selling plots of land when they finally understood what owning land was. They quickly took to the greed as well as anyone else did so they benefited and thrived afterwards Stop blaming the mainlanders for builkding homes here maybe if hawaiians were more industrious and actually wanted to work instead of hanging out at 4 mile road drinking beer and getting high they might have a better life. SOOO blaming the white man for their troubles is nonsense its an excuse to compenste for their laziness and lack of wanting to work for a living I understand in old hawaii they fished hunted etc and now you cannot just do that to survive but there is no complaints about their welfare checks and food stamps and car lons etc. Not to mention MSDONALDS which is their new temple of the gods and they have the beelies to prove it.
