Yea, something needs to be done about the choppers flying all the time over the area. I understand these people are trying to make a living, but when they constantly fly over your place at less than 200 feet its annoying.

Just watch the tour companies claim the vast subdivisions aren't "residential" and therefore not covered by the rule change (assuming it gets that far).

Yes I also noticed that covers even burial grounds but not most of Puna which is agricultural land. Puna will get screwed again if it passes..
