Interesting? I have done nothing against the forum terms. There is nothing against feeding the trolls. There is however a thing that says Trolls are not allowed. There are a number of Trolls however here that nothing has been done about. Perhaps the Trolls creating the issues should be addressed rather than those addressing the Trolls.

Things like good roads and communications and markets all act to generate commerce.
It helps to have a work ethic and learn skills but without commerce young people end up moving where there is some. The age group that puts together the situations that create employment are not the young and starting out locals. Its the highly motivated ones with maybe some gray hair that own land have already a place in the infrastructure and can get together and get a big project going. Better homegrown than looking up from the squabbling and discover that Jack Ma, Alibaba, and ultimately Red China bought the whole island. All because of bad roads in Hawaiian Acres...a humble beginning to a shocking result.

I have a couple of questions,,,,
as moderator your duty is to be impartial and non judgmental and without favoritism in overseeing the web pages , content ,direction ,you look after , is that correct ?
im world famous for sarcasm and humor , and I go to a lot of trouble to check out what others are saying and use that to point out ALL of OUR shortcomings and maybe thru humor provide a way to side step the childish or outlandish assertions and statements ! which often allows others that are overexcited or offensive to sit back , see the humor in the situation , and come back to the forum after a good laugh with a light heart and tone !
one of the first things I did was to read back over much of the forum and especially those nametags that I felt were often over the top , nonfactual, aggressive , demeaning and just hateful ! having done this I must ask another question.
will you reprimand everyone that falls into the above , without bias , conflict of interest or favoritism ?
I know that it must be a lot of work to keep an eye on so much and keep it up and running and you deserve the appreciation of everyone that uses the forums, kudos to you for all your efforts .
I have already experienced the full spectrum of comments here from , excellent , to good ,to less good ,to mean and outright hateful , I must say that several of the posters have made my wife and I laugh very hard , some left us perplexed , and some left us feeling uncomfortable and surprised that adults would say these things and spread gossip and outright lies . we hope to add to the good part of the forums , and promote and a better example to those who are intentionally being dishonest or aggressive .we have just moved here and have fallen in love with our little part of the jungle and we would like to be able to feel comfortable and unoffended . I have noticed many posters that you have called to task in this regard and those that you haven't called to the office for a scolding , some of your posters I felt very uncomfortable with their remarks !
