Sad Occurance in HPP last night
#1
I live in HPP.....between Paradise and Makuu....in between avenues 9-15. Last night as I was putting my kids to bed, a strange truck pulled up in my driveway. Not only did she pull up, she actually crashed through my fence. I ran out and was like "WTF???" because I did not readily recognize the truck. It was a big, red, Ford F-250, quad cab, lifted with bigger tires and rims. When I get to the truck, the person in there does not respond. I'm yelling at the driver to no avail. I then pound on the hood of the truck and soon, the truck begins to slowly reverse. The driver gets out and she is all of 5'3, no more than 110 lbs. She has shoulder length reddish hair and she has somewhat of a European accent. I don't believe she was drunk as I did not smell any alcohol. But she was very very very distraught. She claims to have been lost, but was very very apologetic for crashing trough my gate. I told her that we needed to call the police to file a report. She was cooperative. But soon after, she jumped in the truck and bolted. Luckily by that time, my wife was already on the phone with the police, we got her license plate, and other identifiers. Not so long after, the cops tell us that she went up Paradise and crashed into an electrical poll near 14th. The poll crashed on to the truck....and the driver flees. By the time the cops came to my house, they were still trying to find her in the neighborhood. At first, I was mad because she was cowardly in not doing the right thing with the gate she just smashed through. But then I felt sorry for her. She was very very distraught and stressed. Crashing the truck (which I don't even believe was hers) might have been an attempt to end it all. If you live in the area of HPP near 14 between paradise and makuu, she may have still been on the run as of last night. I truly believe she was not going to make it too far, even if she escaped injury. The whole ordeal kinda freaked out my kids, but in the end, we were fine. I hope they found the driver and got her the treatment she needed.

I heard a loud bang and the lights blinked a moment before that last night. Maybe that was the cause.

Sounds very much like this wahine who lives in Hawaiian acres, crashing vehicles into gates and fleeing,6 house holds have TROs on her in H.A.
She was in Thailand for 6 months, then got booted back to america and then went Belize and got into HUGE legal problems there, and last we heard she was in N.Calif some where.
Her initials are M.L.S.
She has at least 9 known distinct personalities and if the same wahine in all borrowed or stolen vehicles, then it fits the pattern many in H.A. up to Volcano town have been dealing with over a decade.
She hitch hikes topless sometimes or see through tops and mini skirts barefooted.
Sounds like the same M.O.
Hope they catch her.

Oh great. A serial Gate crasher. I could tell that the truck was not hers. Whoevers it belongs to is not a happy camper today.

If she is so notorious, how has she managed to be doing this for so long?

Puna Police are actively looking for her. From what Mimosa shared -- if it is the same person -- they should have no problem finding her. I should have taken her keys when I had the chance.
