nathan,wolf,barry,willy and monkey , a dream team would be a group of individuals that want better things for our community and work in that direction. without demonizing any of the residents or paying members. stay focused on the issues on board issues. clean up the building do the needed repairs. make it a user friendly place for everyone .

what is going on with the proxy vote paperwork ? as the HACA treasure said some may not have received it because they paid on line . so does that make it fair for the voting process on the by law changes , are there members to be just omitted .

I'm not sure what the solution will be. Since there was an issue with the list, they obviously need time to correct it. I really don't know HACA's bylaws, so I don't know if this would be in conflict or not: what I would like see happen is that they send the ballot out to the online list (after making sure it was indeed missed) and push back the vote day accordingly.

My dream team would be the team that clearly outlined what they would do as board members, rather than just criticizing others. Ideally they would increase community involvement and cohesion, and work to preserve the unique nature of the acres.
