Could be? There are dozens living in Beaches and scattered throughout the subdivisions.

According to that list there are only 47 in all of 96778. None on my street or anywhere near me.

I've been told that if you're arrested for skinny dipping, or consensual public-ish sex (like in a car), you have to register as a sex offender, so I always wonder about these databases.

Hawaii is very open with its data on these sickos - you can see the court documents. Not a single case of skinny dipping or backseat boogie among this list.
