Took a guess on a pronoun, Kaimana. Certainly no slight intended by that.
Feel I've been quite patient in asking a basic and important question fundamentally relevant to the political agenda you continue to advocate in various threads. I don't see why you wouldn't be willing to answer if your intentions are genuine and open here.

Again, let's cut to the chase: what happens next?
The mechanisms by which we arrive at the endgame are mostly irrelevant: someone did something illegally, it was a long time ago, nobody will ever actually be punished for any wrongdoing. There's no point in assigning blame, other than making sure the historical footnotes are accurate.
Lots of different groups protesting lots of different things, but as none of them can agree on what they actually want, these protests amount to much noise and distraction while saying little. I find their "problems" more depressing than anything else.
To anyone who suggests that I can't possibly understand the issue because I didn't have my country taken away from me, I disagree: these protestors are destroying the place I chose to live. If I had known that Hawaii wasn't really a State, and that non-Hawaiians weren't allowed to live here, I would never have moved to this place.

I hope you realize I've been trying to get an answer from Kaimana to essentially the same question since page 25. Odd how our resident radical activist can write volumes outlining details concerning why the Kingdom should replace the "State of Hawaii" but can't answer the first question on how to realistically get there.

can't answer the first question on how to realistically get there.
It's like the classic response of a Vermont farmer when asked for directions, "you can't get there from here."
Except in this case, the farmer would be right.

Again you've never clarified if you mean how we determine if Hawaii is being occupied, ie International courts or US Federal Courts or how/who enforces the deoccupation.

how we determine if Hawaii is being occupied
Please for the umpteenth time, skip ahead to the endgame: WHAT DO YOU WANT.
Historians can argue the finer points of "whither occupation" in scholarly journals where that discussion belongs.

Asking Kaimana "what do you want" will likely only result in a continuation of outlining the political agenda. The question is how are you realistically going to get there / what next.

Kaimana, I clarified on page 26. It's not a loaded question, stop trying to force me into your loaded version of the question.
Kaimana said: "My whole argument is based on if Hawaii is being occupied,..."
I asked in response:
" "if". So what do you realistically see as the legal process by which to have this legally determined and then recognized by the federal government. "

Just refer back to my comment 7/29/2015 @ 21:09:38.
Dream on one would think.
Jmo, or Two cents.
Many of you come across very narrow minded over these sensitive issues to many ( Disrespectful ). Even if Kaimana was to share his views, most of you would pick it apart trying to prove its impossibilities. This Hawaiian Kingdom should at least start out with a serious bank roll and thousands of jobs? Maunakea's illegal face lift alone could net or provide billions if not a trillion dollars of retribution for the damages already caused.
These islands are very unique, as are the native people from them. Personally I think it would show a great deal of integrity from the United states to back up what they stand for or preach around the globe today (human rights, equality, opportunities). Very big of the United states to apologize (Bill Clinton) for the past wrongs and misconceptions, surrounding the Hawaiian islands occupancy.
The Hawaiians look ready today to take on the challenges that could come with the fulfillments of America's past promises to them. Plenty of young and old Hawaiians getting better educated today, Education has always been Americas secret weapon to the world dominance seen today. The world is watching this tenuous situation closely, for many reasons. This is Americas chance to move in a slightly different direction while continuing to lead the world with its honorable actions.

Punaticbychoice,
This back and forth with Kaimana trying to get an answer to a basic question is ludicrous. Reminds of lawyer word play, intentionally dancing around and dragging things out when advantageous or upon being stuck in a logical pitfall.
