This kind of opposition or standoff against the TMT project may have been predicted by some years ago, wonder why all the costly arrests during prayers then?.

"The astronomers way of life or working habits are encouraged and protected atop maunakea after 10 p.m. While the Hawaiian ways of life are no longer being allowed or tolerated atop maunakea during those hours, shame."

Astronomers have never stopped access to Mauna Kea. In fact, the only group that prevented access to Mauna Kea, to everyone, has been the so-called protectors.

The continued shameful Arrest's of Hawaiian people in prayer may only be adding fuel to the possible ongoing war crimes being committed here in hawaii.

Curious to know what other countries like Canada, New Zealand, or Switzerland are thinking about hawaii's ongoing telescope protests, illegal occupation claims, or the allegations of possible War crimes? Seems to be attracting many lurking local sharks(lawyers)with various opinions to how the Hawaiian communities should be living moving forward, but are other countries taking any of this serious, and why or why not?.

As far as I'm aware, all those prisoners of war on Mauna Kea are being treated well and there has so far been no contravention of the Geneva Conventions. The prisoners are able to receive red cross parcels and letters from loved ones. Quite who they should be sent to is open to question, but please let us know how you get on with that process. My general is actually quite a nice guy and I'm sure he can change his orders if the POW camp is not being run according to the letter of law.

When you find yourself looking for the mighty triumvirate of Canada, New Zealand and Switzerland to champion your cause, then yours is truly a lost one.

P.S.

Who needs a telescope when you have all these windmills to tilt at?

All three of those countries are wonderful places to visit by the way, and all have freedom of speech to some extent. What I'm seeing here by one or two individuals is akin to turning Hawaii into a place like North Korea. Don't like what I say? Go back to where you came from. If I don't, what next? Forced deportation? Something worse?
