Watching Terminator movies tonight, Ted?

The suit is a real prototype, nothing to doubt, Victorian Doubting Thomas. As for Mars:

Weather On Mars Surprisingly Warm, Curiosity Rover Finds

"Curiosity's onboard weather station, which is called the Remote Environment Monitoring Station (REMS), has measured air temperatures as high as 43 degrees Fahrenheit (6 degrees Celsius) in the afternoon. And temperatures have climbed above freezing during more than half of the Martian days, or sols, since REMS was turned on, scientists said.

These measurements are a bit unexpected, since it's still late winter at Gale Crater, the spot 4.5 degrees south of the Martian equator where Curiosity touched down on Aug. 5."

One thing I agree with dakine about you is that you must be an administrator or some other bureaucrat, not an astronomer. An astronomer couldn't be as technically backwards as you demonstrate continuously.

NASA is going to be making a major announcement about Mars next week. Speculation is that liquid water has been found, possibly flowing water.

Please tell us more about mimetic poly-alloys, PT.

PS. "One thing I agree with dakine about you is that you must be an administrator or some other bureaucrat, not an astronomer. An astronomer couldn't be as technically backwards as you demonstrate continuously."

Exactly which post of dakine's are you citing? You're not making more stuff up, surely?

Tom, you didn't tell me you got your Ph.D. to become a bureaucrat! Wow, the educational requirements for bureaucracy are much higher than I thought.

This is the latest from NASA:

Nothing about mimetic poly-alloys there but suggest if you want to learn more about those you give Arnold Schwarzenegger a call. Jeez, some people just can't tell the difference between science fiction and fact.

Now that is humor!

You never know, in a few centuries a trip to Mars wearing a suit PT recommends might provide instant relief for those suffering from chronic constipation.

PS. I assume the suits would be limited to one-time use only and biodegradable.
