Interesting, even aside from the tattoo he looks pretty different from when they were looking for him in 2000, also for trying to shoot a cop:

Can't seem to find what happened in that case; eCourt Kokua notes he got a fine for the traffic stop where he allegedly shot at the cop and two days in jail for contempt, but doesn't even list attempted murder as dismissed for either him or his cousin.

I'm not 100% sure it's the same person, but it seems he got sentenced to 20 years back in 2002. Case ID is 3PC00-1-000034.

I look pretty different from how I looked in 2000, 16 years is a long time, especially if some of that time was spent locked up.
