The second part seemed stronger here in central HPP than the first. One dog terrified, the other happily excited.

One dog terrified, the other happily excited.
Is that on the scale which ranks: Two dogs happily excited <3.0 Two dogs terrified >6.5 "How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives." -Annie Dillard

Just a note for those that watch over the long term. This appears to be another in the same area as the series I mentioned last year that riled my detractors. Oh and how they are so easily riled! No predictions guys, I'm just pointing out (again) that there are quakes of this size more or less, often in the 3.5 range, and at a similar depth of 8km more or less, where this one occurred as well as at another spot, as if they happen in pairs that are separated by a few weeks to a few months, the same distance South of the Rift but makai of Mauna Ulu. There have been dozens of these over the 30 plus years that I have been observing Hawaiian geology. But God forbid I predict that there will be one soon at the corresponding location on the West side.
