Center Bathroom
#11
For many years I've worn a quartz crystal and I can't do without it. It has a very special property that goes beyond normal human understanding, and allows a deep understanding of our place in space and time. Please let me know if you need more info.

I was told by Fengshui consultant that center bathrooms can bring money problems, diseases, divorces and even death and was advised to never live in a home that has one.

Yes, I've lost so many family and friends over the years due to a centrally placed bathroom. It's a tragic situation and can't believe the media have ignored this issue for so long. It's clearly time for some action. How about starting a petition?

Or, just start a GoFundMe to renovate the house? I'm sure you could use the public facilities until completion.

Our last home had a centrally placed bathroom. Actually, it had two (one on each level). We only lived there for 17 months but made a killing selling it at the peak of the market. The money we made in the sale is one of the reasons we live here now. So in my experience, the centrally placed bathroom brought the opposite of all the things the fenshui consultant said it would. Come to think of it, the house we had before that also had one... made a good chunk of change on that one too.

So the first home with centrally placed bathroom allowed us to get into a second home with two centrally placed bathrooms, which allowed us to catapult into our current home in paradise.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over the bathroom situation.

Me too. Both function just fine.
Next hurricane I'll be checking into Punaweb from one centrally located bathroom or the other, as they are both small rooms with strong framing around all four sides, away from an outer wall which would be the most vulnerable in high winds. Both have one piece molded shower stalls for good measure. Can you think of anywhere else in your home with more structural strength and protection? Other than possibly a closet which most likely is much smaller and lacking in convenient amenities for your comfort.

but how many centrally-placed bathrooms does your CURRENT home have? Perhaps it isn't such an upgrade...

Further extensive research has revealed the real secret to make sure a centrally-based bathroom won't ruin your life is to make sure you keep the toilet seat down. Apparently it helps prevent energy draining away. Further suggestions include hanging a crystal on a piece of red string.

"Yes! My number one rule of thumb is to keep the toilet seat down! This helps to block the draining energy. My second recommendation is to hang a crystal on a red string or clear fishing line centered between the drains - about 1 1/2 feet from the wall and hanging from a cord measured in increments of 1,3,9,12 or 18 inches. My third important rule of thumb is to keep the doors to the bathroom closed at all times. There are many other adjustments we can do, but it all depends on where the bathroom is located within the Bagua, and it’s important to address each situation for its unique properties"

I've found that keeping the toilet seat down helps reduce wasted energy in any bathroom located in a residence where both my wife and I live. It certainly eliminates a source of tension that has potential to ruin my life.
