The state cannot license people to break federal law

Exactly: State may decline to prosecute, or may consider an individual's MMJ license as an affirmative defense against drug/trafficking charges, but they cannot waive Federal law.

A federal appeals court is upholding the convictions of two Hawaii Cannabis Ministry leaders found guilty of having 300 pot plants as part of a distribution ring.

How is a "production facility" any different? Up to 3000 plants, intended for distribution...

Bananahead why would you even bring Jen Ruggles into this post she has nothing to do with this law suit and by the way the person on the video is not Jen Ruggles. With her pic all over puna you must be blind .Nothing like a little mud slinging.

I think by making all this noise, the activist, Ruggles is just inviting the Feds to come and shut everything down. Dispensaries, caregivers, growing your own, it's all against federal law.

Feds already have Green Harvest in place, they just need to cut a check, level the playing field ("rules are for everyone" right?)

Green harvest can be shut down any time the State and County have the will to do so.
