Actually the problem, providing how you view it, is the balance on the scale of Justice, 'Innocent until proven guilty'. That, only in the state of Hawaii verses the mainland's actions, and I don't quite understand it, in its entirety. but, unlike the mainland where these creeps would have been jailed on 1st complaint, and or an arrest warrant issued, captured and jailed, held for trial or bail. . Hawaii Justice system actually proceeds as I understood this as a kid, or until I'd been abused by police, 'innocent until proven guilty' IL wittingly thinking that, unless a court of law showed proved evidence, and fairly judged or judged by my peers, arresting somebody would be punishing them prior to trial.
'prior too proven guilty' or sufficient evidence gathered to warrant retention.
It's weird if you are used to how the mainland operates, and are used to the order of persecution there. That is, there You are persecuted first, verses prosecuted.
For some odd reasons, Hawaii actual proceeds as I personally believe the mainland should, 'Innocent until proven guilty'..
However, yet, it is these types of fallacies that lends an understanding too, perhaps how, and why that ideology fails. go figure?
