Ok ok, before your pannies get all wadded up I would like to explain that this post is not about an actual new species on the Island.
This is fantasy, pretend bull****. Not real. [

Taking all of that^ into consideration, is there a plant or creature you would introduce here?
I don't care if it is obvious it would cause a problem or not, as this is NOT REALITY.
I think fireflies would be awesome[8D]

Maybe a couple of the mainland bat species - like the ones that eat thousands of mosquitoes every night?

Humming birds might be a smart idea - in case the bees die off.

Useless factoid of the day: In their larval stage fireflies eat snails and slugs.

Ratites. I know they are here but not legal for the average user.

Yeah, bats that eat mosquitoes would be great. Garter snakes that eat coqui frogs.

There already is an insect eating bat here. You sometimes hear the squeaking sound they make but rarely see them.

Bats don't do well with the coqui noise, can't echolocate. I had a yard full of bats for years before the invasion. But if we are pretending I'd like lots of bats just because I like them and giant red flying squirrels too. Herds of elephants would be awesome!
