We have planned another Punatic Gathering for Saturday, May 27th. Pot Luck Brunch, 10 am.
RSVP pslamont@yahoo.com
Location: 18-4160 N. Glenwood Rd.
Lamont Ranch
Directions: Highway 11 between mile markers 19 and 20.
Road is about 100 yards or so west of the Hirano Store. Head up the hill (Mauka), proceed 1/2 mile. Driveway is on the right hand side as you go up the hill. There is some parking at the house but the ground is pretty soft. If in doubt, park at the road and walk down. The driveway is about 600 ft long.
968-1479 if you need any other information.
Aloha, Pam

Good Point David.
I have about half a dozen RSVP's... bringing eggs, fresh fruit, fruit pizza... I am cooking Pancakes and cooking up the eggs.
We could use toast or biscuits or bagels or donuts....... those are easy to pick up or ham or bacon I could fry up...
Or juice or tea....
I have instsant coffee but if anyone wants to bring a coffee maker and coffee, you are welcome to do so.
Contact me directly if you need direction, but the sky is the limit.... enjoy!
Take your pick!

Looking forward to seeing you all this Saturday (wish you could be here Mella and Gene - next time!). I'll bring the o.j. and some champagne for mimosas. Guess I could break out the Bisquick and make some biscuits, if you would like. See ya soon! pj

Lemme see if I can find the coffee maker. We've switched to a French press, but still have a 10 cup Braun (drip) packed away. If so, I'll bring it and some coffee and grinder. Any body care to contribute some local grown to sample?
Pam, I think it's a hoot you've planted 180?? coffee trees and drink instant.
David

Now this is going to be a great way to start the day, and sounds like it will be wonderful. If we were able to make it I'd bring my baked french toast with apples and maple syrup! Next time maybe! We were planning on June maybe 07?? Gene and I are working hard to get out kitties admitted into the state. Perhaps by the time this move happens we can help Pam and Bob with the coffee harvest, toast and grind and do the home brew! Maybe even convert them to Java Punatics. Aloha, Mella

Great timing for this get-together. I will be arriving on Friday evening (9:30 pm) at the Hilo Airport and if at all possible will try to make it out to the gathering. I will be coming in on the new Oakland - Hilo flight.
Look forward to getting our home started - our container will arrive June 6th if all goes well with Matson. Jim Todd
Moving to Puna (Nanawale) from Kwajalien, R.M.I. Will be constructing an owner-built house. Looking forward to arriving there in May 2006.
