He's in some youtube videos that I watched awhile back.

He may be slightly quirky by my standards, but I don't remember anything that set off any alarms.

I found out a little more about The Ark.

They did build and complete The Ark, construction I believe took place at Cinderland. It had to be large enough to hold Jezus and Cinderland sailors, as well as a camera and sound crew that could be kept out of the shot. The prototype had to be fairly large, 48 feet long with the maximum width limited by what would fit on a flatbed truck since it had to be transported from Kapoho to Hilo Harbor for launch. They moved it at night to avoid traffic. Because production company crew and equipment were on board, they spent approximately $1 million on The Ark to make sure it was seaworthy. The entire series cost $2 million to film, and unless I missed it, it never aired because word on the street was that Relativity Television decided to spice up the program with alt-religion, nudity, and prophecy. NatGeo looked at the final edit and said no thanks, we can't show that on our channel.

Here's a close in shot of The Ark getting it's finishing touches:

Welcome to the Tribe

Episode synopsis

Jezus is the leader of Cinderland, an off-the-grid community attempting to be totally self-sustainable. But is he prophet carrying a message from God? Jezus believes that on Feb 5th, 2016 the waters will rise and a great flood will wipe out the earth. The people of Cinderland must build an Ark. He believes they are the chosen people who will survive the apocalypse and begin a new civilization. But a failed attempt to launch a prototype ark and conflict with a newcomer test Jezus' leadership. Can he maintain faith in himself in the face of adversity? Can they even get the prototype on the water?

With a name like Jezus couldn't he just walk on water before turning it into wine and have a big party instead of building an ark?

I'd go.
